Designation : ASA Trainee (3months). On successful completion of Training designation would be Associate Staffing Analyst
- End to end recruitment for lateral positions pan India across IT positions
- Understand job descriptions and Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn )
- First level of screening of suitable candidates via phone
- Continuously build and expand talent network in assigned practice area using various recruitment techniques
- Coach and hand hold candidates through the interview process
- Understand compensation structure, involve in competitive landscaping of compensation and advise candidates on offers received
- Play a lead role in closure of offered candidates through consultative and advisory approach
